This policy describes how AJ Hunt LLC, doing business as WayMaker Home Center (“WayMaker,” “we,” or “us”), handles information you provide when you contact us, request home information or a consultation, or choose to receive our appointment and customer-care text messages.
Information you provide
We may collect your name, phone number, email, general location, home preferences, land status, purchase timing, appointment preferences, communications, and records of your messaging choices. Our phone service uses an automated assistant; call summaries and information you share may be stored in our customer-management system.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, credit reports, passwords, or financial documents through these forms, text messages, or the automated assistant.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, discuss home options, coordinate consultations, provide service updates, maintain customer records, and honor communication preferences. We use service providers for customer management, phone service, email, and text delivery to perform these functions on our behalf.
Cookies and technical information
Our embedded GoHighLevel form and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, page URLs, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies to operate the form, prevent abuse, and record submissions and consent. With your permission, we use GoHighLevel external analytics to understand page visits and form performance. Our measurement framework also supports Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools when configured. Optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose to enable them. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer, decline optional tracking, or withdraw permission. Advertising is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. We do not send questionnaire answers, financial documents, or SMS consent to advertising platforms. Technical information may be processed by the providers you allow; this does not identify every visitor to us. Your browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking them may affect embedded features. Information submitted through the form is stored in our customer-management system.
Manufacturer media and tours
Manufacturer photos and floor plans load from their original publishers. Those hosts receive technical information normally sent with a browser request, such as your IP address and browser or device information. Optional tours and PDF viewers connect to their listed provider when you choose to load them. These providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can read home descriptions and contact WayMaker without loading those optional viewers.
Data security
We use HTTPS for this website and its embedded form and limit access to customer information to authorized people and service providers who need it for business operations. We use account-access controls and request that sensitive financial documents be handled through a separately authorized process. No internet service or security measure is completely secure.
Text-message consent
SMS consent is optional. Checking the opt-in box authorizes only the appointment and customer-care messages described at collection. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Buying a home or receiving help does not require text-message consent.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that information only to support delivery and related services for WayMaker.
Financing conversations
A home inquiry or request for financing information does not authorize a loan application or sharing your personal information with a lender. Any lender referral or transfer requires a separate, specific permission process. These messaging forms do not collect loan-application information.
Retention and requests
We retain customer and consent information as needed to respond to requests, provide services, keep appropriate business records, and honor opt-outs. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or business-record obligations.
